Job Description: Patient Access Representatives perform front office duties, including greeting patients, verifying insurance, registering patients, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments. Customer service, clerical skills, and accuracy are essential in this role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer skills required
- Clerical experience in the medical office setting preferred
- Other education preferred
