Physician

Baptist Health is seeking a Physician to provide daily physician management and treatment of patients at the Clinic/Practice. The Physician will provide clinical services to patients, participate in the establishment of office policies, and comply with BHMG policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
• Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number
• Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
• BCLS required
