Physician PRN

Maintains responsibility for delivery of clinical primary care, urgent care or occupational medicine services. Provides daily physician management and treatment of patients, and participates in establishment of office policies, procedures and medical protocol.

Requirements

• Current valid & unrestricted license to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
• Current valid & unrestricted DEA registration number
• Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability insurance
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
• BCLS required
