Job Description
Registered Nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident assigned to their care, including assessing clinical status, developing and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating its effectiveness.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Active Kentucky RN License
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
