Responsible for direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, including planning, assessing, intervening, and evaluating care with an outcome-focused approach.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire
- ONS and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification required to be completed before completion of orientation
- Oncology Certified Nurse required within two years of hire
- Must obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months
