Job Description
Client Accounting Services (CAS) Specialist needed to provide high-quality bookkeeping, accounting services, and strategic support to individual and business clients. Work as part of a team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing client financial data, utilizing accounting software, reconciling general ledger and bank accounts, and preparing financial statements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a CPA firm or accounting department
- Familiarity with payroll and sales tax processing/filing
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and workflow tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-starter with a dependable work ethic and problem-solving mindset
