Intelligence Operations Integrator

Barbaricum is seeking a Intelligence Operations Integrator to join their team. The role involves working with Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen partnerships with clients. The candidate will provide desk-side training, troubleshoot technical issues, and help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise.

Requirements

• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
• Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
• Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
• Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
• Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
