Requirements

• Supervise and intervene in the provision of food and/or beverage services (restaurants, bars, etc.)
• Plan time and resources: preparation of schedules, control of stocks
• Organize and assign tables to waiters who depend on him
• Correct the actions of his colleagues, facilitating the solution of problems
• Supervise the hygiene and presentation of his staff, as well as the cleanliness of his sector
• Control the'mise en place'
• Take the 'comandas'
• Inform the maître of the deficiencies observed in the quality and presentation of the food
