They are looking for a night receptionist to join their team at Barceló Ponent Beach in Mallorca, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a degree in tourism or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in customer service and quality in the hotel sector. The role involves checking in and out guests, providing excellent customer service, and performing other tasks as assigned by the reception manager.

Requirements

• Formación: Grado en Turismo, Máster en Marketing o similar
• Experiencia: mínimo 1 año en atención al cliente y calidad en sector Hotelero
• Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable otros idiomas
