We are looking for a Receptionist for our Occidental Castellana Norte hotel in Madrid, Spain. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for organizing all tasks related to the Reception department, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and quality in the hotel industry
- Fluent English, other languages valued
