Requirements
- Degree in Tourism or related field
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in customer service and quality in the hospitality industry
- High level of English, other languages a plus
- Knowledge of ofimática, hostelería, CRM, and ISO
- Organizational and planning skills
