The Business Development Manager – Barco Control Rooms is responsible for generating maximum business opportunities & Revenue for BCR in Govt Projects in North. He should market the company to enhance the brand image.
Requirements
- Deliver the BCR revenue goals established each quarter in line with the business plan by selling goods and services to customers.
- Work closely with End customers to identify and develop opportunities.
- Develop the market, by identifying key programs / projects and Participate/Contribute to professional association within his market and work closely with Consultants operating in the ecosystem.
- Synchronize, Explore and assess additional channels in order to maximize revenue in consideration of the Barco channel strategy.
- Analyze the customer needs, and provide the appropriate value proposition in return.
- Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms
- Provide and achieve meaningful sales forecasts on a monthly basis keeping up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
- Hands on Demonstrations & Presentations of Barco’s Product offerings – on site and at Main Demonstration Center.
- Develop strong collaboration with the other BCR team members for better management of Large programs/Opportunities.
- Market the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.
