Levata is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of technology solutions at customer sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Perform onsite installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless networking equipment, structured cabling, RFID and IoT solutions, POS, scanners, printers, and related hardware
- Execute project work including access point mounting and alignment, cable runs, terminations, and testing, equipment rack/IDF/MDF setup
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while onsite
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch and project coordination teams
