Advocaat-medewerker Corporate / M&A

We are looking for a Corporate / M&A Attorney to join our team. As a lawyer-assistant, you will be responsible for guiding M&A transactions for participating, acquiring, and selling parties. You will also be involved in the development of the practice and will be a face of the section nationally and internationally.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Dutch law
• At least three years of experience as a lawyer (in training)
• Thorough knowledge of company law
• Demonstrated experience with M&A transactions and/or corporate issues
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (verbal and written)
