(Senior) Advocaat-medewerker Cassatie

The job involves writing petitions and writing appeals decisions. The lawyers in the department advise lawyers and their clients from within and outside the Netherlands and conduct appeals procedures in all areas of civil law.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Dutch law
• At least five years of experience as a lawyer
• Broad interest in civil law and ability to dig into complex legal issues
• Demonstrable long-term experience with writing appeals decisions and conducting appeals procedures
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
