The Technical Operator will oversee the efficient and effective running of complex production lines, ensuring H&S standards are adhered to and all products meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience of operating production machinery in a factory environment
- Previous experience overseeing a production line
- Previous FMCG or Food/Fresh Produce experience
- Strong communication skills
- English Level 3
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure & to deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
