Production Operatives

Fantastic opportunity to join our busy Production teams across both Chichester and Pagham sites, with duties including operation and monitoring of production line machinery, packaging, machine changeovers, and recording accurate production records.

Requirements

• Previous/Similar Factory/Manufacturing Experience
• Basic level of English
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• A 'can do' and flexible attitude
• A strong team player with a positive mindset!
