As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of affordable and workforce multifamily debt transactions. You will work closely with developers and sponsors to build relationships and advance the platform's production goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in affordable housing lending
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Finance
- Experience in loan originations and transacting in affordable housing (AH) loans
- Knowledge of LIHTC programs and how they work
- Ability to understand different loan structures within the multifamily space
- Ability to lead the transaction process with borrowers and sponsors
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to model or revise financials models, as needed
