Associate - Pricing and Valuation Operations

Barings is seeking a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a strong attention to detail for the Securities Pricing and Valuation operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CFA candidate preferred
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, SQL or VBA
• Familiarity with fund valuation framework, reporting requirements and risks
• Previous experience with mitigating risk from an operational and valuation standpoint
• Proven experience developing, deploying and integrating control within an operation setting
