Business Development - Wealth Management & Family Offices Germany

At Barings, we are seeking a Senior Director to develop and drive business activities across our public & private fixed income and real asset solutions for the German wealth management market, focusing on family offices and international private banks.

Requirements

• Further development of the German wealth market for Barings, across our liquid and illiquid asset classes focusing on developing international private banks and family offices.
• Ownership of client segment, predominantly tier one and tier two accounts and prospects.
• Expansion and deepening relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
• Supporting the firm in raising assets from new and existing clients and managing relationships with clients in all aspects.
• Working with private banks, family offices, international organisations, and digital distributors on liquid strategies and alternatives into wealth effort.
• Promoting the company as a strong investment brand through dedicated marketing initiatives in the region.
• Executing against a strategic plan for the German wealth business to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
