Director - Barings Portfolio Finance

Join Barings as a Director of Portfolio Finance to lead the evaluation, diligence, and investment thesis of a portfolio of fund finance investments. Responsible for structuring, underwriting, approval, closing, and ongoing monitoring of complex transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university
• 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, credit hedge fund, private credit, or other alternative investment experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable working with leverage in corporate debt and real estate debt contexts
