Real Estate Debt Underwriter, Senior Associate

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Underwriter to join our Real Estate Debt team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a finance or real estate emphasis or related field.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a finance or real estate emphasis or related field
• Ability to develop complex financial models in Excel and ARGUS
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to convey findings clearly with effective writing
• Experience with mezzanine debt and preferred equity structures preferred
