Senior Data Analyst, Asset-Based Finance - Director

Requirements

• Design and manage system for delivering regular and ad hoc reports on asset-based finance assets, leveraging Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Analyze internal asset data, model results, external reports and economic data to understand risks and opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc analytical projects to obtain deep insights into the relationship between mortgage, economic and demographic data and performance outcomes for ABF collateral.
• Review modeling and forecasting assumptions to ensure that they align with reality and Barings’ and investors’ risk appetite.
• Mentor other data analysts to expand the capabilities and expertise within the team.
