Procurement Manager

Barnes Aerospace Singapore OEM is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities across the Singapore OEM and Malaysia operations. This role is responsible for overseeing resources, driving supplier performance, and ensuring effective procurement strategies in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of related Supply Chain Management experience in engineer-to-order manufacturing, OEM or aerospace environment
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing leadership responsibility within manufacturing or regulated industrial environments
• Strong understanding of production and inventory flows, materials management principles, and related documentation processes
• Proven business and financial acumen with the ability to set direction, lead teams, and drive performance through influence, change leadership, and accountability
• Effective leadership capability with a global perspective and a solid understanding of factors impacting the aerospace industry and supplier landscape
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work, plan workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
