Job Description
The Senior Repair Development Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing aerospace component repair solutions. The role leads complex repair development projects, ensures compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and provides technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of aftermarket repair development experience in aerospace and aeroderivative markets
- Experience in special processes as related to aerospace MRO: HT, Brazing, Machining, Welding, Coatings, NDT, EDM, etc.
- FAA DER accreditation or experience working directly with FAA DER highly desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related field required
