Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Specialist, Digital Course Materials, where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and seamless delivery of digital course materials across company systems. As a subject matter resource for store teams, you will troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL preferred, with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented, detail-driven mindset
- Collaborative cross-functional partner and effective team player, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including management and external partners
