Requirements

• 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in corporate law
• Post-secondary diploma in legal techniques
• Proficiency in productivity software
• Excellent writing skills
• Good time management, autonomy, and flexibility
• Strong learning and adaptability skills
• Very good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team work abilities
• High level of professionalism, excellent judgment, and efficient organization
