Job Description
The Client Success Meteorologist serves as a key technical support and training liaison between Baron Weather and its clients, providing expert-level assistance and ongoing education for users of Baron’s weather technologies.
Requirements
- Provide frontline technical support for Baron software and systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support resources
- Participate in software/data testing and QA
- Remain available to support clients in a 24/7 operational environment
