Job Description
Barr is seeking a senior water resources engineer to join their Minneapolis team in a hybrid role, supporting hydrologic analysis, hydraulic analysis, and water-quality analysis, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering with emphasis on water resources
- 10–15 years of water resources engineering experience with a focus on hydrology, hydraulics, or water quality
- Experience with project management
- Experience with proposals and business development
- Experience with client management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Knowledge of commonly used hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, GIS, and CADD software
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
