Channel Operations Analyst

Join our passionate team at Barracuda, a leading cybersecurity company providing complete protection against complex threats. We are looking for a Channel Operations Analyst to enable scalable, predictable, and data-driven growth across the channel ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and measure program success.
• Experience designing and implementing measuring frameworks to evaluate channel health.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce highly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of how vendors, distributors, partners, and related marketplaces integrate to publish SKU catalogs and transact the business in the quote-to-cash process.
• Ability to support business process reengineering projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to lead without authority.
