Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity
- 3-4 years of experience managing and mentoring a team of security analysts
- Strong knowledge of cyber threats and the email threat landscape
- Expertise in email protocols (SMTP, DNS, networking)
- Proficiency in Python automation and experience with Linux environments
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
