We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead an outside sales team and drive revenue growth in Barracuda's Security and Data Protection portfolio. The role requires a solid track record of hiring, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team, as well as excellent business acumen and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- BA / BS
- 5+ years of managing a sales team across multiple regions and a solid understanding of a two-tier distribution model
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in mid-market and enterprise sales & marketing
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Proven track record of success in a transactional and project-based sales environment
- Demonstrated passion for Security and/or Storage markets
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
