Cortez - Underground Fixed Maintenance General Supervisor

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Fixed Maintenance General Supervisor to lead the safe execution of maintenance activities and supervise maintenance supervisors. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience and 5 years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance service activities operate within safety policies and regulations, participating in maintenance planning processes, and minimizing risks and maximizing value.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience
• 5 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Professional communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficient with basic computer software packages
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to developing and maintaining a safe work culture
• Able to drive manual transmission mine tractor and other company vehicles
