6+ years of underground mine experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience, proven knowledge of underground hard rock mining

3+ years experience in Mining, Oil and Gas, and expertise in cost optimization models and simulations

Chemical Technician degree or 1 year of experience in the VELADERO Laboratory (MAS SRL), Training on the Quality Management System, and knowledge of Sector Operational Procedures

Maintains team member skills, follows safety policies, and possesses skills in pumps, shop equipment, pipefitting, backfill systems, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic systems, and hoisting plant

5+ years of process operations experience required. Ability to supervise numerous employees at once and facilitate crew lineouts, safety meetings

Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or geology, with ground control experience preferred, and knowledge of rock mechanics software
