Job Description
Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Production Miner to join their Underground Operations department. The role involves operating heavy equipment, understanding rock types, and ensuring safe blasting practices.
Requirements
- Able to operate Single and Two Boom Jumbo
- Able to operate 6yd and 9yd Loaders
- Able to understand different rock types and drilling/blasting procedures
- Able to operate mechanized bolter
- Able to operate shotcrete equipment
- Able to handle explosives and load rounds in a safe and productive manner
- Able to install utilities such as ventilation and air/water pipe
- Stable, consistent work history
