Job Description
Barry Callebaut is a global manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa, seeking a Technician Sr, Sales HORECA CANCUN to innovate and support the sales team. The role involves providing excellent service, promoting gourmet brands, identifying commercial needs, and developing proposals for customers. Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience as a technical advisor in the pastry and/or chocolate area (HORECA customers is preferred)
- Technical knowledge on Hotels applications, bakery & pastry, food production, trainings, production optimization, dairy, confectionery
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with business partners
- Travel is required - national
- Experience travelling with a high focus on market visits and route to market
