Requirements
- Conducting one or more production or packaging machines in accordance with the rules of Hygiene, Food Safety and Environmental Safety
- Surveillance and regulation of one or more automated manufacturing installations in accordance with the deadlines and manufacturing procedures
- Packaging products: performing packaging, film wrapping, palletizing
- Detecting, diagnosing and correcting anomalies on the process, performing self-maintenance
- Recording on SAP, sampling each batch of production for post-analysis by our Quality Laboratory
- Contributing to communication and training actions: informing production elements, performing handovers, participating in Gemba (shopfloor), remitting information to various stakeholders (production supervisor, maintenance, quality, HSE...)
- Ensuring hygiene and safety in production: implementing, respecting and enforcing cleaning action plans, GMP procedures, HACCP, Security. Ensuring the cleanliness of installations and the state of equipment to optimize preventive maintenance interventions
