Chef de projet Amélioration Continue H/F

We are seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement for one of our production teams as part of the deployment of a new continuous improvement program. The role involves identifying and eliminating performance losses, improving equipment performance, and promoting the use of standards to optimize operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement in the industrial sector
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and project management skills
• Strong safety culture, rigorous application of HSE rules, and respect for PPE
• Experience in the agro-food industry and knowledge of HACCP methods and GMP guidelines
• Excellent level on Microsoft tools, especially Excel
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization
• Ability to analyze technical data, manage priorities, and resolve problems
