Requirements

• Multiple ICC/PA UCC Commercial certifications and willingness to continue training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Valid Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances (for residential inspections).
