Mechanical Engineer

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with three or more years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design to work on various projects, including institutional, industrial, and educational facilities. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Requirements

• B. S. in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
• Three or more years of experience in the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• PE or EIT is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge/Understanding of LEED and Green Building practices a plus
• Knowledge of the Building Codes, ASHRAE Standards, and National Fire Protection Association Standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in office or remotely, as needed
