Job Description
The Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assistant Professor of Law oversees all aspects of Academic Affairs at the Law School, including faculty and adjunct teaching assignments, course schedules, exams, and student academic programs. The role also involves strategic planning, policy implementation, and teaching one course per semester.
Requirements
- JD required
- Five to eight years of appropriate administrative experience with a school of law
- Ability to analyze program needs and implement regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to effectively articulate and advance organizational goals
- Demonstrated knowledge of programs and strategies that enhance academic programs and support the academic retention and success of students
- Skilled in maintaining an open line of communication with practicing attorneys and judges
