Director, Family Office Services

We are seeking a Director, Family Office Services who can partner with ultra-high net worth clients to provide Family Office Services and Investment support, shaping the next phase of Bartlett’s growth by enhancing how the firm serves families across generations, combining investments, governance, education, and coordination.

Requirements

• Significant experience working with complex, multigenerational families, family offices, or ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrated ability to build or lead family office services, governance frameworks, or integrated advisory platforms
• Strong background in investments, estate and tax coordination, philanthropy, and family dynamics
• Experience serving as a primary point of contact while coordinating multiple internal and external advisors
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
