Job Description
The position of Ambtelijk Secretary of the Board of Directors and Client Council at Basalt is a part-time, fixed-term job that requires an administrative secretary with extensive experience in a similar function, preferably in healthcare. The role involves providing secretarial, organizational, and policy support to the Board of Directors and the Client Council, including preparing meetings, drafting agendas, and minutes, and monitoring action lists.
Requirements
- HBO or WO diploma
- Extensive experience in a similar function
- Knowledge of the Trade Associations Act (WOR) and the Clients' Participation Act (WMCZ)
- Ability to guide and coach the councils
- Ability to work independently
