Job Description
We’re a global all-in-one e-commerce SaaS platform that helps online sellers manage their operations across multiple sales channels. With deep integrations into Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, DHL, FedEx, and dozens more, we empower merchants to simplify operations and grow faster. We're now growing in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and are looking for an Implementation Specialist to support our growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce implementation, SaaS onboarding, pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
- Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, ).
