Requirements
- Expert knowledge of the Base product or similar SaaS e-commerce platform
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work organisation and the ability to work independently
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in the e-commerce and/or SaaS industry is a significant plus
- Proficiency in English
