Senior Product Manager, Growth & Trading

Base is planning to bring a million developers and a billion users onchain. We need your help to make that happen. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Product Manager to lead the Trading Growth strategy for the Base App.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within consumer-facing fintech, exchange, or onchain trading environments.
• Growth Mastery: Proven track record of scaling products via lifecycle marketing, referral loops, and retention mechanics.
• Trading Sophistication: Deep understanding of market structure, order types, execution quality, and liquidity.
• Analytical Rigor: Deep experience with data-driven development—defining North Star metrics, navigating attribution complexity, and running high-velocity experiments.
• Entrepreneurial Execution: The ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, making tough trade-offs to ship high-quality products on time.
• AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to increase efficiency and deliver business-ready outputs.
