Job Description
We are seeking a confident, knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Inspector to perform inspections on homes that are currently on the market or in the process of being bought or sold. The ideal candidate has a background in construction, real estate, or in-home sales and is comfortable presenting findings to homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Requirements
- Background in construction, home inspection, real estate, or in-home sales (preferred)
- Strong understanding of residential structures, foundations, or building systems (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable with public speaking and client-facing presentations
- Confident, consultative sales approach—educating rather than pressuring
- Physically capable of accessing basements and crawl spaces (including tight or low-clearance areas)
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
