Baseten is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help grow their team, focusing on hiring across the Sales team, with a unique opportunity to build and scale the go-to-market recruiting function from the ground up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a rapidly growing startup environment
• Proven success sourcing great candidates for Sales teams
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
