We're looking for a Program Manager, Marketing who can build and run the operational backbone of Baseten’s marketing engine, creating clarity, rigor, and velocity across everything marketing touches.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Campaign Operations, or RevOps-adjacent roles.
- Has built and QA’d multi-channel B2B campaigns end-to-end.
- Is highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, structured reporting).
- Understands core B2B funnel metrics and how marketing drives pipeline.
- Is deeply organized and naturally process-oriented.
- Has experience with workflow tools (Notion, Asana, Linear) and CRM/automation platforms.
- Has worked in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
- Thinks in systems and documentation — not just tasks.
- Is proactive, detail-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
