Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence in a highly technical, niche market. You'll own campaign execution, experiment across channels, and work closely with our sales and product teams to turn awareness into pipeline.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads strongly preferred for B2B)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices (SEMrush or similar)
- Comfortable with data, building reports, spotting trends, and making decisions from metrics
